Lowongan Kerja PT Reska Multi Usaha (KAI Services) Training Staff (Training Material Production) Description: We are looking for training staff that is communicative and professional, and capable of developing employee competencies. Key Responsibilities Conducting a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify the skills that need improvement in each department and identify employee skill gaps and development priorities; Developing relevant training modules tailored to organizational needs; Developing learning materials that engaging and easily understandable for participants, using tools such as PowerPoint, LMS, Adobe Illustrator, or other platforms. Facilitate training programs; Align training programs with technological advancements and current industry trends; Assess the effectiveness of training programs using evaluation methods and compile evaluation reports; Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Education or any related field; Minimum 1 (one) years of experience in Training & Development Material Production; Proficient in creating training materials using tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, LMS, Adobe Illustrator, Video Animation Maker or other digital training platforms; Familiar with training evaluation methods (ex: pre-test, post-test, feedback). Willing to make a portfolio of previously managed projects or completed projects.
